Lots of us have gone Live! and alot more are joining the live fun every day. Use your userplane id and password (most of us use the same as in singsnap)
and log in, then go to Technical Support Room to get started (or ask any user and they will help you set up) .

hi steve ..i need help..everthing is set up perfect on ym singsnap site only i cant get my cam to load ..i use it on messenger all the time but cant make it work at singsite ..it say its loading and 10 minutes later still loading ..please send advice and thank you in advance ..
Hi Vickie. I’ve had probs with the camera too … the first thing to ensure is that you have no other apps running that use the camera when you fire up singsnap. This means not having any MSN chat windows / Skype Windows open (or even the chat room with your cam enabled). If you have a USB camera (most of us have !!) … you should be able to unplug it – and re-plug it in. It may want to refresh the driver. In any case – re-run the WIZARD from singsnap.com … it’ll rediscover your camera devices. If you have more than one (for some reason my pc thinks I’ve got 2 … the one that’s real .. and one that reveals a blue screen !!!) …. make sure the actual camera is set as your primary (singsnap allows up to 3 cameras). Is singsnap’s sysytem down again? can’t get through, tried a hundred times to go to singsnap, but it seems they’re having another technical problem…
